A note about the chargers we cover

myEVspace only covers slow, park-and-charge locations (up to 22 kW), including workplaces, hotels, apartments and garages. Fast-charging networks such as Tesla Superchargers and Electrify America already use idle fees to keep ports moving, so they are intentionally excluded. Reservations here are software-level; physical plugs cannot be locked remotely yet.

Terms & Conditions

The rules that govern your use of myEVspace as a driver or a charging-site host.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using myEVspace, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

2. What myEVspace Does

myEVspace is a reservation platform for Level 2 electric-vehicle charging ports. We help drivers find and book slow, park-and-charge locations such as workplaces, hotels, apartments and garages. A reservation is a software-level hold on a port; myEVspace does not physically lock or energize the charger.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use myEVspace. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your vehicle. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Reservations

A reservation confirms the port is held for you during the window you selected. Please arrive and plug in within a reasonable time of your start. Other drivers may rely on the schedule, so do not overstay your reserved window unless the station owner explicitly allows it.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel an active reservation from your Bookings page. Cancellations take effect immediately and free the port for other drivers. Station owners may also cancel a booking if the port becomes unusable or the site is closed.

6. For Station Owners

Owners who register a charging site confirm they have the right to list the location and its ports. Owners are responsible for keeping port details, power ratings and availability status accurate, and for honoring valid reservations made through myEVspace.

7. Limitations of Liability

myEVspace provides scheduling information only. We are not responsible for physical charger faults, power outages, vehicle damage, theft, or any dispute between drivers and station owners. Use the chargers and parking areas at your own risk.

8. Privacy

We collect the information you provide during registration and booking only to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. Contact information shared with a station owner is limited to what is needed to manage a reservation.

9. Changes to the Service

We may add, modify or remove features, demo stations, or pricing at any time. Features currently in preview may change based on feedback without prior notice.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through the support channels listed on the site. We aim to respond within a few business days.
